However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or service adjustment is necessary. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for our services.

🔐 Service-Based Nature

Please note that WaunaKey Locksmith provides on-site and mobile locksmith services—not physical products. As such, “returns” are not applicable. However, we offer refunds or service rework under certain conditions, as explained below.

✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The service was not completed as agreed due to an error on our part.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • You cancel your scheduled service at least 4 hours in advance.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You cancel the service after the technician has been dispatched or arrived.
  • The service was performed and approved/signed off by the client on-site.
  • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or lock type).
  • Missed appointments where our technician arrived at the location and was unable to reach the customer.

🔁 Service Rework / Fixes

If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours. We will:

  • Review the issue in detail
  • Offer a service rework or appropriate solution where applicable

🕒 Cancellations

To cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 4 hours before the appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees. You can cancel by calling us directly at 608-234-1111

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
